DJ Dee.D.’s biography is the only thing you find translated in English at the moment. But if you have any questions, remarks or "want to know things" please don’t hesitate to ask them by mail or a posting in my guestbook!
DJ Dee.D. started his DJ carrier at 14 years old as a resident DJ at the local discotheque. Later on he started a very successful mobile drive in discoshow and after selling it a few years later he was a long-term resident DJ of several clubs. Nowadays he has an unusual but very great residence. He became the resident DJ of one of Holland’s greatest martial arts organisers Too hot to handle, and is playing all throughout Holland and foreign countries.
Dee.D. is specialised in the following styles: funky groove and club, (tech) trance and hardstyle and whichever style you hear him play, it’s guarantied to be energetic and dynamic.
In all the well known clubs in Holland he took the audience in a musical high, but also on several big (outdoor) dance events like DefQon1 and Free festival (Almere), Inqoming (Rotterdam), Massive (Groningen) , Beachbop (Bloemendaal) he was a favoured DJ. Even at one of Hollands most populair parties Crazyland he made the crowd go wild! Al so some foreign countries have met Dee.D. already. He played in Cyprus, Italy, Greece, Austria, Mexico and al so Germany at Q-Base. A party organised by Q-dance, one of the biggest dance festival organisations in Holland.
Dee.D is not only busy as a DJ, but al so as an organiser of house parties. After organising a lot of smaller parties (up to 500 people) he and his friend Sander Vos (and their team) organised a big outdoor festival called Civilization. They did so in 2001, 2002 and 2003. Nowadays they are al so organising pop concerts. Every 2nd month of the year he is playing at their own hardstyle party and he played with all the biggest names there are like Luna, Pavo, Pila, the Abyss, the Prophet and foreign DJ’s like Technoboy and Super Marco May.
In the year 2002 he produced his first own record together with his good friend Don Cartel. This record "the Rebel" with it’s happy, summerlike sound was signed by Terminall Traxx (Universal). At the moment he is working at his latest project with DJ Asino. It’s going to be a strong dynamic tech trance song, and is almost ready.
He al so performs with his friend "La Tigressa" . She is a female percussionist from Amsterdam and together they are unbeatable on all your funky groove parties! On request you can get a separate biography about this duo.
